The Stables

We have a smart, purpose-built yard with 24 internal stables, all with automatic drinkers, hay bars, feed mangers and big beds.

School

We have a large 50m x 30m sandschool with a good range of professional quality, smart showjumps of all types, including fillers.

Horsewalker

We have a covered, 5-horse horsewalker so horses can remain fit all year round

​

Lunge Pen

The lunge pen is an invaluable asset, especially for our breaking services

​

Tack Room

We have a secure tack room with ample storage for your horses' tack, rugs and personal belongings

​

Wash Down Bay

We have a wash down bay with a hot horse shower

Turnout

We are able to offer all year round turnout in either individual paddocks or larger paddocks. We have around 100 acres of well-fenced (all new Equi-fencing) and well managed pasture split into varying field sizes, all with water connected and plenty of shade and shelter

Hacking

We are lucky enough to be situated on a bridleway so there is no road work necessary. There is an extensive bridleway network surrounding the farm and you can hack for miles over the beautiful West Sussex countryside. There are also a number of places nearby which you can box up to including the South Downs and beach rides as well as many competition centres and training facilities including Coombelands, Belmoredean and Hickstead.

Vets & Farriers

We work closely with Sussex Equine Hospital who have recently relocated to Ashington which is within 15 minutes of our yard with their new state of the art facilities. We are able to offer on-site therapeutic and follow up care if needed. Dan Birchall is our yard farrier and he has extensive experience will all types of horses. We are able to arrange your horses' shoeing/trimming and we will hold and manage your horse whilst he / she is being shod

Security

We offer 24 hour supervision as Justin lives on site. We also have secure gated access and all night lighting outside the stables
